We will not operate in a manner which may be deemed detrimental to the Customer or the Community and will be pro-active in advising any concerns or issues we may have.
We will conduct our business in accordance with best practices, all Legal, Statutory and Governmental standards.

Employees

Our recruitment and employee retention aim at the commitment to the company’s vision and core values. We are a team. Our staff undergo continuous training to advance their skills. Employee confidentiality is also key to us, all our staff must comply to the company’s confidentiality statements at all time.

Health and Safety

It is imperative that our employees work in a healthy and safe workplace. We will ensure that we comply with Health and Safety legislation which will be a matter of priority for all of our business operations. We shall ensure provision of Personal Protective Equipment and annual medical check-up for all our employees.

Corruption and Bribery Policy

It is our policy to conduct all of our business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our relationships and business dealings wherever we operate and to implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery.

We will uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption. We remain bound by the laws of the Kenya.
